Clause 1 \u2013 Availability and technical error<\/p>\n

Availability clause<\/p>\n

Bookings are made subject to the actual availability of rooms.
\nIn the event of a technical error, a malfunction of the booking system or double allocation beyond the establishment\u2019s control, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking concerned.
\nIn this case, the customer will be fully refunded the amounts paid without any additional compensation being claimable.<\/p>\n

Clause 2 \u2013 Exceptional modification by the establishment<\/p>\n

In the event of exceptional circumstances affecting the organisation of the establishment (major technical incident, administrative closure, inability to operate), the hotel may propose a modification or cancellation of the booking.
\nThe customer may then choose between a full refund or an alternative solution proposed by the hotel.<\/p>\n

Clause 3 \u2013 Exceptional rates for major events<\/p>\n

During periods of major events (festivals, nautical competitions, international events), rates may be subject to final validation by the establishment within 72 hours following the booking.
\nFailing express confirmation, the booking may be cancelled free of charge for the customer.<\/p>\n
