Clause 1 – Availability and technical error
Availability clause
Bookings are made subject to the actual availability of rooms.
In the event of a technical error, a malfunction of the booking system or double allocation beyond the establishment’s control, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking concerned.
In this case, the customer will be fully refunded the amounts paid without any additional compensation being claimable.
Clause 2 – Exceptional modification by the establishment
In the event of exceptional circumstances affecting the organisation of the establishment (major technical incident, administrative closure, inability to operate), the hotel may propose a modification or cancellation of the booking.
The customer may then choose between a full refund or an alternative solution proposed by the hotel.
Clause 3 – Exceptional rates for major events
During periods of major events (festivals, nautical competitions, international events), rates may be subject to final validation by the establishment within 72 hours following the booking.
Failing express confirmation, the booking may be cancelled free of charge for the customer.
In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code (copyright), reproduction for any use other than private use, sale, distribution, publication, adaptation or communication, whether partial or in full, of data (presentation, site layout, photos, texts and illustrations protected by copyright) are strictly subject to the prior written authorisation of the rights holders, namely the website webmaster: info @ hotel-webdesign.com
